There are many such videos out there on YouTube, but most of the people have used Relay modules instead of only a relay. Do you know the reason why?

Because it’s little tricky to use relay directly with ESP8266 board. But not to worry now, I have solved the problem and made tutorial videos for this problem. I have used relay with ESP8266 board and some electronic components and successfully controlled relay with it.
