Hall Effect Sensor – RM0435
Compact, reliable magnetic sensing—perfect for DIY, industrial, and automotive projects.
The RM0435 Hall Effect Sensor offers a simple yet powerful solution for detecting magnetic fields with high accuracy. Unlike traditional reed switches, this sensor is smaller, faster, and more durable—ideal for applications where precision and space-saving are critical. When a magnet is brought near the sensor, it triggers a switch in the output signal, making it perfect for presence detection, motor control, speed sensing, and more. Thanks to its latched output, the sensor retains its state until the magnetic polarity is reversed—ensuring consistent performance in dynamic environments.
Designed to suit a variety of uses, it operates across a wide voltage range (3.5V–24V DC) and remains stable even under extreme temperatures, making it well-suited for automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics. The sensor comes in two mounting options—surface mount (TSOT) and through-hole (TO-92 flat)—and is fully RoHS compliant. Its open-drain output is easy to interface with TTL or CMOS logic using a simple pull-up resistor.
