Returns,Refund and Cancellation Policy

Guarantee/Warranty & Refund/Replacement

All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 15 Days from the invoice date (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If 15 days have gone by since the product was ordered, a refund or exchange would not be acknowledged, and the Management decision would be final. Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.

Our tech team will then inspect the case and understand if the product is faulty and confirm the condition of the product. Upon confirmation from our tech team, the customer support team will contact you for a return, please ship the product back to our office only in original packing. Once we receive the item and upon team confirmation that it arrived in original packing with all the original parts/components/contents/accessories then refund/replacement will be initiated.

Any repair or replacement of defective parts will be charged to the Customer, If the fault is due to accident, misuse, negligence, and willful Damage by the Customer. 

If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration 15 days from date of Invoice of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos/videos of damaged products to us on techiesms@gmail.com and you can contact us on +91 82000 79034 during 2.00 PM to 7.00 PM in working days. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we shall process the refund/notify you of the rejection of your refund. In case of a refund, a credit will automatically be made via UPI/NEFT, within 7 working days of approval.

Also, if the product is not returned in original packing or it exceeds the return period, replacement request will be cancelled.

Replacement/Return requests will not be entertained for products that are marked as non-returnable on the product page. 

Changing or Canceling An Order:

Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us on techiesms@gmail.com or +91 82000 79034 to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one working day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already shipped to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.

Return Guidelines:

If you want to return the faulty product you have to contact us within 2 days of order placed on techiesms@gmail.com or +91 8200079034 during 2.00 PM to 7.00 PM in working days. Our team will give response to you in 24 hours.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
