- Delhivery Shipping: If you place your order before 10 am, we will ship it the same day via Delhivery.
- DTDC Shipping: Orders packed before 4 pm will be shipped via DTDC.
- DTDC Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer DTDC Express Shipping, shipped via Airways. Please note that this option can only be used for products without batteries.

Exchange or Return of Goods
All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 7 Days from the delivery date to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If 7 days have gone by since the product was delivered, a refund or exchange would not be acknowledged, and the Management decision would be final. Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.
Our tech team will then inspect the case and understand if the product is faulty and confirm the condition of the product. Upon confirmation from our tech team, the customer support team will contact you for a return, please ship the product back to our office only in original packing. Once we receive the item and upon team confirmation that it arrived in original packing with all the original parts/components/contents/accessories then refund/replacement will be initiated.
Any repair or replacement of defective parts will be charged to the Customer, If the fault is due to accident, misuse, negligence, and willful Damage by the Customer.
If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration 7 days from date of delivery of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos/videos of damaged products to us on techiesms@gmail.com and you can contact us on +91 82000 79034 during 2.00 PM to 7.00 PM in working days. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we shall process the refund/notify you of the rejection of your refund. In case of a refund, a credit will automatically be made in your wallet, within 7 working days of approval.
Also, if the product is not returned in original packing or it exceeds the return period, replacement request will be cancelled.
Replacement/Return requests will not be entertained for products that are marked as non-returnable on the product page.

- Shipping Method: If you selected DTDC Express Shipping, please note that this option is shipped via Airways for faster delivery, but it can only be used for products without batteries. Delivery may take additional time depending on the location.
- Delivery Delays: Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or logistical issues. You can track your shipment with the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.

Express delivery is available for most orders; however, there are specific conditions to consider:
DTDC Express Shipping via Airways: This expedited service is designed for faster delivery but is restricted to products without batteries. If your order contains a battery-powered item, this shipping option cannot be utilized.
If your order contains a battery, we can ship in 2 separate orders.
